This form is meant to be used internally for Body Shop customers who have experienced a total loss on their vehicle and might be interested in acquiring a new vehicle to replace the one they recently lost. All leads will be delivered to the general "Wolfe Automotive Group" CRM and dispersed from there based on proximity to the customer and the new vehicle of interest.
